THEN i took stairs in the nursing building UP to the 3rd floor!<br /><br />my motivation you ask?<br />i put on my pants first one day... and when i looked in the mirror... my belly hung over my pants... OUT OF CONTROL STATUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br /><br />so yes. i am planning on taking the 3 flights of stairs down... the 98 steps UP and the 6 flights of stairs UP as well...
