WORK IT

today i parked extremely far from the elevator on the 6th floor of the parking garage!
i took the stairs down from the 6th floor... then i took another 98 steps down! THEN i took stairs in the nursing building UP to the 3rd floor!

my motivation you ask?
i put on my pants first one day... and when i looked in the mirror... my belly hung over my pants... OUT OF CONTROL STATUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so yes. i am planning on taking the 3 flights of stairs down... the 98 steps UP and the 6 flights of stairs UP as well... I HOPE I DO IT!!!!!
